I made this one for my mom's birthday party yesterday. She'd never had a party before so we wanted it to be special. The cake was white cake, strawberry moistening syrup, sliced strawberries, meringue disks, buttercream and fondant.
I had a lot of fun making the flowers and could have played with them all day! :) My mom loved it so mission accomplished.
